Malcolm-Jamal Warner

I'm grieving right now.

I'm learning to become more intentional and masterful at expressing my feelings.

I don't usually invest time or energy talking about celebrities - and that's because most of the time I don't feel a connection, calling, or inspiration to do so.

This feels different to me.

I feel a bit sick to my stomach, as if the air has been taken out of my lungs....A down moment for sure.

Malcolm-Jamal Warner, who played Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, has passed away.

The Cosby Show was the one and only thing that brought everyone in my home together voluntarily.

My Dad would ensure he was home, and my Mom would sometimes get pizza. It was a special night.

In those moments, I felt a little less lonely, more connected, inspired, and hopeful.

Malcolm,

I never had the opportunity to meet you. Know that you have positively impacted my life. Your warmth, strength, and love have inspired me to aspire to be warmer, stronger, and more loving.

Thank you.

Be More You.

Shermain.
