  • We will carve out 60 minutes, however, most recording sessions take 30-45 minutes.

  • Bring a challenge that feels big, a vision that feels impossible or something different. There’s no need to perform. This is a space of authenticity and courage.

  • Yes. Being courageous is about vulnerability and stepping into the unknown. Don’t worry, Shermain has got your back!

  • Yes.  Please provide a short bio of 1-2 paragraphs and a professional picture.

  • When published, the conversation will be available to anyone that has access to podcasts.  In addition, we may use parts of the conversation on our website, Youtube channel, or other areas.

  • No. We will record via Zoom and edit it prior to publishing the episode.

  • Item description

  • You will need the Zoom application and a microphone. The audio quality tends to be better when the microphone is as close as possible to your mouth. Try to only use a built-in laptop or desktop microphone as a last resort.

  • You’ll likely have what Brené Brown refers to as a vulnerability hangover. It’s a feeling of heaviness and it will pass. Take the time to feel into it. Sleep also helps.
