Here’s how I work:
What I do isn't for everybody. What I really do is not at the surface level. I do depth work:
I'm so good at what I do that I take away people's excuses and sometimes they get scared.
I'm a truth-teller. I deliver deep truths - I say what needs to be said and I inspire my clients to own and live their truth without apology.
I'm a challenger. I challenge my clients to be more courageous and take action that feels a bit nervous, scary, and exciting.
Becoming. I help my clients become more of who they already are - especially the parts they’re hiding.
Rootedness. I help my clients stay rooted when everything around them is shaking.
My work is about being real. Real with yourself, real with others, and real in your leadership. Being real creates connection and a sense of belonging.

Two scheduled 40 minute sessions per month - via Zoom.
Recordings and transcripts of our Zoom calls available within 48 hours.
Emergency coaching calls, as needed.
Dedicated access to Shermain - for quick support between sessions.
Resources, challenges, and feedback to help you level up.
